Emma for Model Number LSQ9544KQ0 When you say that the agitator must be removed from the unit, is it enough to remove just the top half? (That is what the gentleman in the video does.) Also, as far as the grease goes, I just received my cam kit, and it doesn't mention in the instructions about using grease. I don't see it mentioned in the video either. Where does one use it?
Answer Hello Emma, Most of the time when the center bolt is removed, the entire agitator comes out. This requires that the agitator be separated by holding the base down and pulling up on the top half. The grease is applied to the thrust spacer WP3951608, top and bottom of it.
