Answer Mrperry, First check the lid switch assembly 3949247V if the switch has failed, the washer can fill and wash, but won't drain and spin. If the motor does run or hum, you will need to remove the cabinet and check the drain pump WP3363394 for clogs or seized impeller, and the motor coupler 285753A for bent or broken forks.
