Brenda for Model Number LSQ9030PQ1 I removed the agitator. The 2 pieces will not separate, even with my husband trying to pull it apart. How do I get it apart without breaking something? Does it have to do with the locking tabs referenced in the video? I want to be sure what parts I need before I order. It still works somewhat so I don't want to break it and not be able to use it until I get the parts.
Answer Brenda, Were you able to remove the "dogs' and cam from the upper part of the clothes mover/agitator? Once you have, the clothes mover should lift off the lower agitator assembly unless, the lower cam WP3951608 or the top of the lower agitator, has become distorted or worn to the point, it has adhered itself together. You may want to hold the lower agitator on the floor, with your feet and twist and pull up on the clothes mover. Here's the agitator complete 285565, just in cae. Thanks and Good Luck Read More...
