Hi John. When you get the panel off, you use a putty knife to scrape the old one off. Then you use the adhesive sealant to adhere the new felt pad onto the panel. Make sure you allow 24-hrs to dry before running the unit. Thank You.

Hello John. If you order the manual 677818L it has step by step instructions on replacing the front felt seal 280114. You will need to remove the front of the dryer and remove the drum from the unit to replace the felt seal. Hope this helps.
