Jpmamatrain for Model Number KUDP02CRBS0 We opened our dishwasher tonight, heard a pop and the door came crashing open. There is no longer resistance when opening and closing. I can't figure out which part(s) are broken and need to be ordered while it is installed. Do you have an idea what I should order in advance so that I only have to pull it out once? Are there corresponding installation instructions for those parts as well? thanks so much!
