Sherrie for Model Number KUDR01TJBL0 (or cap O); I have replaced the door handle on the Kitchenaid dishwasher, but it appears a spring should be added. I have the new springs but nothing I can find -- diagram which is worthless--tells me how to attach the springs. When we removed the old handle there were no springs attached. I've put on the new handle but it doesn't latch. In the chat session the technician wrote: "The spring attaches to the latch and the handle of the latch assembly on the tabs." But I'm sorry, I can't see how that it is done. I would like some kind of picture, if possible. Thanks,
Answer Hello Sherrie, The only illustration I could locate is hand drawn. There is one on page 15 and one on page 16 of the service manual.
