Joe B. for Model Number MVWB300WQ0 The bearing went bad and gave me the F51 code. I replaced the bearings, seal and center shaft and put it back together. Now, at the start of spin cycle, there's crackling noises coming from the motor without it spinning the basket, then it shuts off and flashes the F51 code again. Does this mean the stator is bad? When I had it apart, it looked pretty black on the surface of the coils.
Answer Joe, The F51 error code is for the RPS sensor and you will want to check the wiring between the RPS sensor and motor to the control board to make sure that there is no faulty wiring. If this checks ok then the RPS sensor will be the most likely cause for this issue. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, August 30, 2017
