Jeff for Model Number Whirpool Cabrio Washing Machine Hi! My Cabrio is making a scraping noise which I have identified as coming from the stator and rotor. I can see where they are scraping. After this began I would sometimes get the uL code with 12 minutes left in spin cycle. I have replaced they shaft, bearings, and seal along with all suspension hardware without any success. Even balancing the maching with a level has not helped. I have also reinstalled the stator and rotor twice to no avail. Any ideas? Thank you!
