Answer Kevin, The motor/stator resistance is "on the money" at 31 O's. We pretty much have it down to a "drag" on the tub or a bad control board WPW10189966 . Check for articles stuck between or under the tubs and wash plate/ impeller, first." 1. Unplug washer or disconnect power. 2. Raise the cabinet top 3. To remove the basket: a) Loosen the clamp and pull the recirculation hose off the tub ring. b) Pry out and unsnap the tub ring tabs from the tub and remove the tub ring. c) Insert the blade of a small screwdriver into the slot in the impeller cap, then pry the cap up, and remove it. d) Remove the 7/16? hex-head bolt from the impeller, then lift and remove the impeller from the basket. NOTE: Lifting the basket will assist in removing the impeller. e) Lift the basket out of the washer." check and clean any debris etc from the tub and check the drive shaft and seal for excess wear.
