George for Model Number kenmore 1069751714 Recently my food was beginning to freeze and I attempted to adjust the temperature. The knob on the left was very hard to turn but I turned it to "2" which it says is a very warm temp. However the food is still freezing, (I don't think the dial is working) any ideas? There is a sticker on the temperature control unit (it must have failed with a previous owner) that has a part # of 2176311, but I can't seem to find out what that is.
