Jim for Model Number WTW5600VQ0 Washer runs through the cycles up to the spin cycle. At the spin cycle it continues draining and never stops and shifts over to spin. Changed lid switch and timer and it still is not going into spin. Thanks Jim
Answer Jim, you are going to want to check the motor coupling 285753A as this part can wear out over time. If the motor coupling has failed, this will cause the unit to drain but not spin or agitate. If the unit will agitate but not spin well, we may be looking at the clutch 285785 or the transmission 3360629. The fact that the unit will drain allows us to know that the motor is operating the way it should and that the timer and lid switch are good. Read More...
