Mahoney for Model Number 110.47512602 kenmore We are getting an F20 code error and the fabric softener doesn't drain. It always happens with a full load and about the last 9 minutes of the cycle. It is pretty consistent with this. We have cleaned the drain pipe, cleaned screens, and water pressure from hoses. The dispenser motor appears to work during the cycles because it moves between the different numbers during the cycle. What is the likely problem? I don't want to replace parts that don't need replaced. Thanks,
