Manny, First make sure you have 220 - 240 Volts AC at the terminal block on the back of the dryer. If that's OK, there are several thermostats to check. First the hi limit thermostat and thermal fuse LA-1053 on the heater housing, then the cycling thermostat WP31001192 located on the blower housing. All the thermostats should read a "closed" circuit on your meter at room temperature, when you test them.
