Scot S. for Model Number 11049962603 Kenmore smartwash H3te I guess my bearings went on my Kenmore Washer. It makes a bit of noise in use and caused some damage to the lip that hits the door boot. Can I do small loads like this until its fixed? Will it cause more damage? I see on sears website only a service man can order the bearings kit, is there a way I can order the bearings kit myself and repair it? I watched a youtube video how to do it, I can handle that work, but I am not sure if I can even get the parts. Thanks
Answer Hello Scot, The parts are available W10772617 as the assembly but the bearing is not available individually. Use of the machine will cause more damage and you may also need to replace the "spider" which is available as part of inner wash basket assembly WPW10250573. Read More...
