Leo for Model Number GHW9100LW1 I am guessing the "spider assembly" has broken and allowed the inner tub to flop around and chew up the outer tub at the front. I see that this "spider assembly" is not available for purchase. How do I get this fixed if I can not get the part? Very frustrated, can anyone help?
Answer Hello Leo. To repair the issue your having with the unit, you need to replace the rear tub assembly W10772617, inner basket WPW10250573, and the front tub assembly W10772612 on the unit. If the spider is broke, then the bearings will need to be replaced along with the spider and the damaged front tub will need to be as well if it is damaged bad. Read More...
