D.R.K. To access the water tank, you'll need to remove the shelves in the refrigerator compartment. The water tanks is mounted to the back wall, just above the "Deli Drawer". If it is frozen you need to check a few things first, check the freezer air temperature, it should average 5 to 7 dgrs F. Make sure there are'nt any articles hanging over the edges of the shelve , or large, tall articles blocking the air damper in the center of the top shelf.
