Answer M.B. The water valve would be the most likely cause of failure. There is a way to check to see if it is the valve or the tubing in the door being frozen. If you remove the kickplate and disconnect the john guess fitting at the bottom of the door, Push the water dispenser to see if water comes out. If not then the water valve is at fault. Read More...
