John for Model Number ATW4475VQ0 Bought the agitator repair kit, and installed it correctly. Machine will still not agitate correctly. Wants to agitate and spin at same time. Will spin out correctly when I spin cycle only
Answer John, the spanner nut WP21366 would need to be inspected to identify if it has loosened and the drive block WP389140 inspected for any corrosion that could allow it to slip. If they are good, the basket drive W10820043 would need the brakes inspected to identify if they are slipping or have oil residue on them.
