Ben for Model Number ED25QFXHW00 Water dispenses fine but occasionally will drip water from the tip of the dispenser tube after use and fill the drip tray and run down onto the floor. Would replacing the valve maybe solve that problem? Thanks for any info.
Answer Ben, Drips from a water dispenser is usually due to low water pressure, clogged filter EDR5RXD1 or air in the system. But the fill valve W10408179 is a good place to start, based on your description. You may also want to consider installing a "check valve" 8201815 on the water tube at the freezer door hinge.
