After talking to the tech support people and telling them that the bake element and temp. probe were new and still had the same problem. They said it sound like the control board was bad. I initially purchased a door switch, thinking that it would solve the problem. I replaced the switch by removing the top 6 star screws, removing the component cover and removing one of the door switches (using a 3/16 socket) with the new one that I bought but I still had the problem. The guy from sears quoted 450 dollars to replace the control board. That's an huge amount of money to throw on a fridge that's is only 3 years old. Did some research online and cane across appliancepartpros website and they had the parts for 130. Ordered it it was shipped to me in 2 days. The repair was easy.
