How to Troubleshoot & Replace Electrolux AP7938461 / 809069220 Refrigerator Evaporator Fan Motor

I am novice when it comes to appliances, so online videos is my go to for repairs. It took a while to get the concept of how the fridge is cooled, and finally figured out that my focus was needed on the evaporator motor fan. After figuring out how to get to it, I finally determined that the fan was not turning and ordered a new one with new blades. Appliance Parts Pros had fast delivery, which was very appreciated. 

Removed the old fan motor, replaced with a new motor. 

Replaced. 

A new motor for the fan fixed the problem. 

Followed the instructions to the T and I was back up in running at normal temperatures in the AM. I ordered the fan blade just in case. Ended up returning it. You just have to remove the front door of the freeze compartment. and just remove the baskets and then flip the two black tabs to side out the drawer holder. AppliancePartsPros.com does not have a tutorial on this fridge. I went to u-tube. Thanks for all your help Shawnia. 

I was able to find the right part at a great price. Shipping was fast and I watched a video on how to switch out my evaporator motor wich fixed the problem of my fridge and freezer not getting cold enough. 

Once I received your part i watched a repair video and installed the part. MAKE SURE ONCE YOU PUT THE FREEZER BACK TOGETHER YOU MUST MAKE SURE THE WATER TUBE IS GOING TO THE ICE MAKER!!! Trust me I made that mistake
