How to Troubleshoot & Replace Frigidaire AP6892696 / 5304518660 Range Clock Control Board

Replaced it 

Replaced the control board (aka "the clock"). 

Replaced the oven control and overlay that goes over top of it 

Replaced it. 

After some research I concluded the control/clock circuit board was dead. Causing my oven to not heat. Replaced it with a compatible part and the oven works great 

After researching common failure modes on electric ovens, I came to the conclusion that the control board on the range controlling the oven and broiler elements had failed. Ordering a new part and replacing it fixed the issue. 

Took off back panel of oven with 1/4 inch driver(6 screws). Took off Oven Control Board(Clock), 4 Phillip screws. Removed wires with needle nose pliers. 

Did a google & you tube search regarding the problem. Diagnosed the problem as a stuck relay on the circuit board also known as the clock. Contacted AppliancePartsPros.com and the online chat confirmed my thoughts. Ordered a new circuit board/clock from them and received it two days of regular parcel delivery service. Installed new board in the stove and it worked perfectly. Happy repeat customer and recommend this online supplier to any DIY or repairer. 

After chatting my model # and issue with customer service they recommended I replace the "clock unit", basically the main computer that controls the whole thing. The video for the part accurately showed where to remove the rear panel, access the existing computer and swap out the wires to the new unit. Some people mentioned having to splice wire, I did not have any such need, the 1 thing was that the new board had more slots that the wires could go to than the old one, so I had to ask customer service which of the 3 "Line" slots was correct for the "Line" wire. The whole project could have taken 15 minutes, but I had to wait around an hour for customer service to get an answer on what the correct slot was. No issues so far. 

I spoke with the technical people and they told me what the readings should be across the terminals. After testing it I learned that I needed to replace the Clock/Control. It was a direct replacement and now everything works like new.
