How to Troubleshoot & Replace Frigidaire AP4019644 / 154580301 Drain Pump Assembly

Replaced drain pump. easy fix. this is third time I have used Applinance parts fixed my washer( replaced control board) fixed dryer 9replaced control board also. All easy to follow instructions 

Ordered drain pump assembly after watching your tutorial on how to fix the problem. I am a 73 year old female. I decided I could fix this myself so I ordered the part after 2pm eastern time. I was shocked to see the part on my dood at 9am the next day. I replaced the part now it is as if I have a new dishwasher. Very pleased with your service and my self for being able to follow such explicit instructions. 

Ordered a replacement drain pump and installed following the video on the website, and now it working just fine. 

The part arrived in a day; ordered it on Sunday afternoon and it was delivered on Tuesday despite the 3 - 5 business days noted on the shipping instructions. While working on this problem, I found a deteriorating door seal. Ordered the part. Again, it was delivered in 1 business day. Again, the video helped with the removal and installation. HRead the reviews online. Bought the new motor and installed it. The hardest part was that I couldn’t remove the dishwasher and there was limited space to maneuver the clips in place but works great. Problem solved! 

Ordered a new discharge water pump and door seal from AppliancePartsPros.com Order arrived sooner than I expected. Pulled the dishwasher away from the counter and laid it on its side. The pump was a simple fix with pliers and a screwdriver (after I watched your video). Stood washer back upright and partly placed back under the counter and opened the door and replaced the door seal as shown in your video. Tested washer, water still leaked some under the door, but the pump did pump out all of the water. Since my door was worn allowing the new door seal to leak slightly, I siliconed the doors seal holding area. Hate to brag, but NO LEAKS AND NO DRAIN WATER IN WASHER! The wife was panicking that her favorite dishwasher was not draining. Not wanting to buy a new one since it was a professional model and very expensive, I decided to give it a try. Ordered a new drain pump after checking for clogs on a Tuesday and received it the next day. It was very easy thanks to the video and had it running in less than an hour. I'm now the hero thanks to the quick response and the right part. Kudos to you guys.

I got the replacement from your company and between your instructions and a YouTube video or two I was able to make the repair in 30-40 minutes. Of course, it took several hours to get to the actual repair for deinstallation of the full unit and the cleanup. Thank you, 

I cleaned the filters inside the dishwasher and check that there was no blockage in the drain hose. These procedures did not solve my problem. I thought at that point it had to be the drain pump, found this site to order a replacement pump took the model number off my dishwasher placed the order, the pump was delivered within 3 days as advertised. Simple install and the pump corrected my problem.
