Thomas L Faribault , MN January 09, 2017 Heating element for my oven was not working Turned off the power to the oven. Used a phillips screwdriver to remove the convection heating element/fan cover plate and the non-functioning heating element attachment plate. I then disconnected the old element from the electrical connectors. I attached the connectors to the new element, fastened the attachment plate and re-attached the cover plate.
