Tested the sensor and it was dead in spec; looked at control board and there was a large sooty streak on the back. Relatively easy install but be aware that when you remove the old board, what you see on the front is the overlay (a separate $40 item!) The old overlay can be pried loose with a long thin screrwdriver and patience, as it is just stuck on with adhesive which will work with re-use. You have to be careful, though, to be sure ONLY to pry off the overlay - if you pry the second layer loose you will be prying up the flexible circuit board you can see in the picture of the control panel if you blow it up, and then you will have to pry the flexible circuit board from the overlay, twice the work. Otherwise this is 14 screws and a few electrical plugs.
