LAST YEAR AT THE END OF SUMMER IT BEGAN TO SHORT CYCLE MEANING THE COMPRESSOR WOULD COME ON BUT WOULD ONLY STAY ON FOR LIKE 5 MINS AND KICK OFF. THE UNIT WOULD CONTINUALLY DO THIS THUS NEVER COOLING THE ROOM. I TOOK THE UNIT TO THE SHOP AND THEY SAID IT WAS THE COMPUTER AND WOULD COST JUST AS MUCH TO FIX THEN TO GET A NEW ONE. THIS A/C COST ME $500.00 SO I WASNT HAPPY. STARTED LOOKING UP THIS MODEL ON INTERNET AND HOW TO REPLACE THE COMPUTER. I ORDERED A BRAND NEW COMPUTER FROM APPLIANCEPROS.COM FOR $65.00 AND TOOK ME 20 MINS TO REMOVE AND INSTALL NEW ONE. A/C IS WORKING LIKE NEW!!
