I did the research and found we needed to replace the entire front panel of the tumble drier. Ordered the part on the weekend - it shipped on Monday and arrived on Wednesday which i was impressed by considering shipping was only $7 and said 2 - 5days. I also did the online chat - very responsive and helpful people.
