How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP2047302 / WH43X139 Fabric Softener Dispenser

Once I figured out the problem I watched the repair video, remove the agitator with the help of my son, ordered the parts. They were delivered within a week and my son fixed the machine in under 15 minutes. It’s working better than when we bought it. This is an awesome service/store. I would much rather repair than replace. I highly recommend this business! 

Replaced the agitator assembly and the fabric softener dispenser (just for cleanliness) and nothing gets stuck anymore. The actual replacement took less than 10 seconds. 

Pulled it off and put on the new part. 

Followed on line directions. It took me all of 15 min, to complete the repair. 

Ordered parts around 2:00 pm on Wednesday from AppliancePartsPros.com. They arrived at my house at noon the following day. Everything was perfect. The correct parts, brand new, repair time was less than 10 minutes. Thank you for saving a family of 6 and some overflowing laundry hampers. Incredible. 

Was very easy , one bolt held the agitator coupler & the fabric softener dispenser just snapped in 

Placed the fabric dispenser in place of cap , 

Bought a new part from you and placed it on the washer. Did not require any tools. 

I replaced the agitator,coupler and hex screw 

Ordered the parts they arrived the next day. Installed the parts in five minutes with a socket wrench. The videos were really great. Super simple. Should have done this sooner. Thanks for the help.
