Did nothing for six months. Then googled the part number, discovered your site, found a video of how to replace it, and decided I could handle the job. Ordered the part and it was here in 3 days. When I pulled it from the wall, the connectors were exactly as described in the video, so I was prepared with the right tools (you only need a phillips screwdriver and because one connector was stuck, a pair of needle nose pliers). It was surprisingly easy.
