Stewart D Fripp Island , SC September 20, 2020 Appliance: General Electric Electric Range JBP75GV1WH Both handle end caps broke, handle fell out but was ok Ordered both end caps. All other parts were there. When the end caps broke one of the screws fell out along with the spacer. Fortunately they fell on the floor and we were able to replace both end caps. Everything is back together. Took about 30 minutes because of the spacer and trying to get that long screw located back in its hole. I did not replace the two 1/2 inch sheet metal screws. James R Mesa , AZ May 16, 2020 Broke oven door handle. Three screws on top and three screws on the bottom removed. Then unscrew broken handle replace with a new one and done. Emily N Houma , LA April 25, 2020 Appliance: Model GE MODEL #JTP13GV2BB Oven door handle broke off of door. Lifted door away from the oven. Removed side screws took back the glass section off. Undid both end bracket screws. Replaced new handle end caps. Rescrewed screws, put back glass, recrewed side panels, and hooked door to the oven and we had it all back together. Read More...
