How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP4363671 / WB03K10265 Knob Assembly

Ordered new knobs for all 6 burners. They look and feel great. Although it was costly to replace them, I will no longer have to worry if the gas is on or off!!!!! I will never buy another GE product, however, Appliance Part Pros were very helpful and compassionate. Love my new stainless knobs, in spite of disliking GE for their original shoddy plastic knobs! 

I called GE to order the replacement part and they wanted $80! I told them I would call back and contemplated going without. Then I searched online and found AppliancePartsPros.com and they had the part for half that price! 

The old knobs are plastic maybe seven years old . They are cracked at the point of attachment. The metallic material on some was bubbled and did not look good. I was afraid because of them being loose they may be accidentally bumped and turn on the gas. I felt they were a hazard. Also,with the price of the range I feel that GE could have included an upgraded knob. The new knobs and the service I received from AppliancePartsPros was EXCELLENT !. Thank you ! 

Located replacement knobs at AppliancePartsPros.com, placed my order ... The knobs arrived the next day! I don't believe I have ever had a faster shipping experience in my entire life. The replacement knobs are 100% metal and far superior to the plastic OEM knobs. 

I had to replace two knobs left front and left rear because they are plastic and breaking. this was a poor design from G-E. THOSE two cost $106.50 now I need to replace four more which will cost another $200. just for knobs . I think G-E should pay for these. the new knobs are SS STEEL AND METAL which is a better design. 

The product works great. I will need two more and also the stove KNOB. 

I did quite a bit of research online to find the matching knobs, and a rep from one company suggested I try AppliancePartsPros.com. After quite a bit of time, and after quite a lot of help from someone there, we found a fit, and the new knobs were made from stainless steel, not plastic. Well worth the price, not only for the parts but for the exceptional customer service! That poor man deserves a big Christmas bonus! 

I ordered the parts that I needed. They came quickly. They were the correct parts. Puled the old knobs and pushed on the new ones. FIXED
