How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP2029997 / WB36X10003 Light Bulb

Replaced. 

Used parts I ordered from you to fix it all. 

GE Eterna 18 years old. Your parts were perfect exact replicas. The mechanical and electrical connections were designed to be maintenance-friendly. I had the microwave fixed 30 minutes after I opened your package. It has been 3 days and operating normally. I'll be back with you on the next one. 

The repair was done with the online video help from the AppliancePartsPro.com web site. It was very easy to locate the repair video and to follow the instructions. The repair took approximately 2 minutes. 

Ordered new light. 

Carefully removed the fixture cover and shards of glass. Removed the bulb base which was fused to the socket (this was difficult due to the location). Replaced both bulbs. Slid the replacement lens into the plate. And remounted the plate. With your help and parts availability this project was fairly simple. I will be contacting you again when the need arises. Thank you.. 

Purchased new ones 

Replaced with new light bulbs. 

I am not a professional, but what I am is a man with a purpose. When I moved into my new apartment it included a hanging microwave in the kitchen. Unfortunately the two light bulbs that shine under it were out. This was a huge inconvenience and slowly drove me crazy. I went on the internet and found AppliancePartsPros.com.
