How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP4438809 / WR60X10307 Evaporator Fan Motor Assembly

I ordered a new fan blade and fan motor. When these parts arrived, I was able to replace these two components that were broken with the new parts, one for one swap out. Once I replaced these parts and reassembled the remainder of the freezer, the refrigerator began working/cooling quietly and properly as previously. 

Since I did not know the source of the noisy evaporator fan assembly, I went ahead and replaced the motor, fan blade, and grommets. 

Replaced temp sensors and control board. Did not correct problem. Replaced evaporator motor and corrected the problem. 

Replaced Condensor fan motor.
