Power supply board was bad

Replace it with a new one that I ordered through Appliance Parts Pros

Took power hit or lightning no power at unit except a flashing led in top left corner of display

Removed unit from wall (with help... its awkward). Carried it to workshop (or a table) Removed cover .... 15 screws ... checked fuse Removed power supply board (could not see or smell any issue) Gambled and ordered replacement board (based on a post from someone with similar model and conditions) - took 7 days to arrive - Fed Ex sent it all over the country .. need a better delivery system. Installed board... unit worked ..... reinstalled cover... reinstalled in wall Wife happy

The only indication that the microwave had power was a blinking display segment (looked like a cursor) in the upper left corner of the display other the unit was dead

I troubleshot the unit using the diagram and information contained on the sheet of paper inside the unit. I found that all the AC voltages were good going to the power PCB. I checked the sensor and thermistor resistance ranges as listed on the paper but I didn't have all the DC voltages at the CN4 plug as listed. I tried to determine what component was bad on the board but I could check the IC and battery so I decided to try a new board. That corrected the problem.
