The leaking hose turned out to be the hose from the tank to the pump. That was a one banana repair. Super easy after watching the video to get the front off.
After getting the cover off to find the leak, I found that three of the four damper straps were broken. Crazy easy to fix, though the back two really required smaller hands. Still, I had all four replaced in about 5 minutes, and I'm ashamed it took that long.
While I was under the hood I decided to replace the suspension rods in the front. It looks like there are two more in the back that the video didn't show. Those look like a royal PITA to replace, so I will save them for another day. Regardless, between replacing the damper straps, and those two rods, my washer is now way quiet on spin.
Thanks for making this easy and economical to repair.
