Found the model number on my machine, found & searched the Appliance Parts Pros website, found an "almost" match, so contacted them. They searched further and confirmed the right knob. Very polite, patient and efficient. The knob was reasonably priced and I ordered it immediately. It arrived on time, was easy to install. It works perfectly. Now I always turn it counterclockwise. Now I keep this website in my Favorites!
