Timer on the dryer broke

Repairman wanted almost 300.00 to fix my dryer. I ordered the part for 75.00 and fixed it myself. I have never fixed an appliance before! It took me 15 minutes! One of the easiest things I've ever done.

Knob on the timer on the dryer

The plastic in the timer knob split

Ordered a new knob from AppliancePartsPros.com It arrived in three days and I opened the package removed the bag with the knob inside. Removed the knob. Lined up the flat side of the knob with the flat side of the timer shaft and pushed it on. All done. Works great. Thank you AppliancePartsPros.com If I have a need to repair something else I will contact them first.
