How to Troubleshoot & Replace Ge AP3964635 / WH49X10042 Washer Agitator Coupler Kit

I went to AppliancePartsPros.com after searching for the repair part for my GE washer. The website was very clear and I located the parts I would need. I was very nervous to tackle this repair but I watched the video and it showed me exactly what needed to be done. I couldn't pry the agitator off at first but the video showed the technician using a piece of cording to help get a better grip. This was the answer! Purchased the agitator coupler and agitator and replaced them. 

Replaced the Washer Agitation Coupler Kit 

Researched the issue and ordered the complete Agitator Assembly and the Coupler Kit. 

We ordered a new Agitator, a Coupler Kit and the Fabric Softener Dispenser.

Replaced the agitator coupler 

Had someone replace the coupling in about 15 minutes. I received my order in less than 24 hours. Need to send back the agitator that did not need to be replaced. Very happy, would recommend you guys to anyone who is in need of replacement parts.
