I removed the original dispenser cover using a putty knife with masking tape over the end to protect the fridge finish. It took me about 15 minutes to get the cover off as it was the first time I had done this. It was a little nerve wracking but finally was able to get the lower right corner to pop free. There is a video on youtube of someone using a paint scraper, I think the paint scrapers thickness would have made it easier to get the cover off but all I had was the putty knife. After the right corner popped free it was pretty much like the youtube video showed. Getting it back on was easier but watch the wiring bundles, make sure you don't pinch them when pushing the cover into place. I put the left side in place first and then started applying pressure to seat the snaps. The left side snaps are more rounded (as opposed to triangle shaped) so it took more pressure to get those seated but they finally popped into place.
