How to Troubleshoot & Replace Lg AP5071745 / MCK49049101 Lint Screen Housing

I bought the parts on your website and installed them myself. It was straight forward and simple. 

I and my wife replaced complete new assembly and everything fit exactly. My wife got to learn how things work and go together not to mention we had fun doing it. 

Uninstalled the existing parts (six screws), cleaned out the built up lint below the trap (that caused the filter to not go down all the way), and installed the new parts. Everything is as good as new, the dryer works like a charm, and it all fit the way it was supposed to fit. 

Order the part’s from appliancepartspro.com and install was a go. Now my wife is happy 

Took out bad lint assembly and replace with new parts from appliance parts pros.com 

After some frustrating attempts to get holes and screws to align, we watched Youtube videos, including one by your company. 

Ordered parts were here in just two or three days. Perfect fit quick fix and no more torn clothes!!! 

Replaced lint filter and filter guide/cover. Only needed a Phillips head screwdriver, flashlight and vacuum cleaner to suck out lint. 

We ordered the parts needed and our 13 year old had it replaced in about 10 minutes. 

Installed a new one.
