Ordered bulbs from you. When they got here, one in the box was broken but the box was undamaged so I contacted your customer service and talked to a Rep named "(Bre)" ? on 9/13/15. She set up a shipment of a new bulb immediately and assured me they would go out that day. They did!! Once the replacement was here, I just replaced both of them.
Side bar...that Rep was very good!! Understood my problem immediately, gave me no hassle about free replacement or shipment. Shes' a keeper!!
