First watched your video to see what I was getting into. Armed with that info I went in. I had all the tools and then some so that area was covered. Where it gets tricky is in the electronics. What has failed and why? The tech support was great, they were very helpful in narrowing the problem down to the transmission motor and that was an easy fix.
