How to Troubleshoot & Replace Lg AP6800730 / AGZ72909711 Pulsator Assembly

I had a spare and installed it. 

Replaced the agitator. 

At first I couldn’t get the plate to fit on the fixture of the washer. And yes it got stuck. Ran some water in the tub some and then drained it. And then with a little snug push it finally went down into place like it was supposed to fit then tightened down the bolt. 

I ordered a new pulsator it came with a new shaft, and a # 10 bolt. I removed the old shaft it was a little hard to get out. I installed the new pulsator with the # 10 bolt it came with and that solved the problem. It was a easy fix. 

This problem wasn't mentioned previously. I wasn't hearing any bearing or gear breakdown noise, so I removed the pulsator. I found that the metal center piece was separating from the surrounding plastic support, as it would twist when pressure was applied. It was a very easy repair after watching the online video. I strongly recommend ordering a cap replacement as I did, because it is easily broken during removal. It was wonderful to see that the replacement pulsator comes with a new bolt, complete with thread seal. 

Replace clutch assembly and pulsator. 

Husband order the parts and fixed it. It’s up and running. 

Watched a YouTube video to see what others had done to remedy the problem. Ordered the parts from your site. 

Ordered new pulsator assembly from ApplianceParts. Item came, was the correct item and delivered timely. Installed in about fifteen minutes and it worked perfectly. You would have thought I was a miracle worker. I have ordered from you before and have always been satisfied. Great job.
