LG Tromm DLE5977B dryer was 15 years old and a squeaking sound came from the rear of the dryer, no problems prior to date. So I bought four drum support rollers and a belt and watched the sponsored video and things went fairly smooth. Originally I just wanted to just oil the squeaky part, but for the rollers that really isn't the answer. So I bought and replaced all four rollers and the belt as well since the dryer was 15 years old. I didn't have a 14 mm wrench to get to the nut on rear two drum rollers and that was a mental challenge, but my 9/16 wrench on the back and a 10 mm on the front of the roller axle was the answer. Other problems I noticed were, there was a lot on human hair on the shaft between the blower and the motor that needed removal and the electric heater inside walls had significant lint which I removed carefully as not to have a dryer fire later on. The video was great, the parts fit just fine and I did not buy cheaper rollers from some place else that others have said were not made right. OEM = Original Equipment Maker, is always the best idea. Project took about 3 and 1/2 hours, not a problem. Challenging, sort of, but much better than overpaying for supercharged labor charges. Do it myself, with a nice video to watch to help.
