The repair was very easy. It took less than 10 minutes after watching your YouTube video. It required household tools we already had. I did use some BLUE Loctite thread locker. The bolt on our machine had loosened, which is what resulted in the grinding noise and the stripped rotor. Note: I believe the instructions say to let the Loctite cure for 24 hours before use. I found your videos very helpful and watching them help me avoid replacing the whole washer machine along with being able to return the part if it didn't work. I had already called around. Anything more than the rotor was going to be a major repair cost due to labor and parts. Also, it was difficult just to find someone even located nearby to even come and look at this brand.
