This was the second time in two years. The first time I paid a repairman $180, foolishly thinking Samsung might past for some of it since the unit was only 3-weeks past warranty. Thanks to the useful tips on this site, I replaced the ECS sensor myself this timeb. It was incredibly easy following instructions on other posts, although I ended up taking off the right hand panel instead of the bottom panel, which seemed easier at the time. Once I removed the sensor, a small amount of water came out got into the bottom pan which caused the leak error described by others (Heavy light flashing and pump running continuosly). I turned off the circuit breaker and allowed the bottom pan to dry completely before turning it back on and everything worked fine. For a female without much mechanical knowledge I think I did pretty well, although I do have extensive electrical knowledge which helps. I even leveled the dishwasher after reinstalling it since it didn't appear the original repairman ever did so. Thanks for the info and the decent price on the part. $40 was reasonable, with shipping, and the part was at my door in 2-days.
