How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP5322472 / DE94-02001C Microwave Control Panel Assembly

Ordered a new control panel. Appliance repair talked me out of having them come to fix said it wasn't worth fixing. $69 service call, $20 to look at it, board could be $100 and I could replace the over the range microwave for just a little over $200. Board cost about $62 with shipping and it took 5 minutes to replace. Ordered the part standard shipping on Friday and it was supposed to deliver by Tuesday. It was at the front door the next morning on Saturday and was fixed before I got out of my pajamas. Definitely where I will get parts and do repairs myself from now on 

I replaced the key pad. It was easy but some say, i am a real Einstein.

I had the SE or 5E error code on my Samsung model SMH9187ST microwave oven. I ordered the Part #: DE94-02001C from AppliancePartsPros. I replaced the Touch Control Panel just followed the instructions of the YouTube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_yWSU0kTkTg) . It is easy to repair and my microwave now works fine again. I had tried putting electrical tape around the ribbon cable behind the control panel, but that only worked for a little while. I replaced the panel with this one that I ordered - it arrived the next day. 

I ordered a new keypad from AppliancePartsPros on Friday before noon and it was delivered by Fedex before noon on Saturday. Great service!!! Replacing the part fully repaired the microwave. 

After following two youtube videos came to the conclusion that buying the part and replacement was the fix. Very easy to do, it was fix in 10 minutes or less. But you don't know how much you need your microwave until it doesn't work. I'm very happy that I wore the part from appliance parts pro it was here in less than two days. I'm very happy with the service, I looked around and even though you will find some cheaper parts our other not by much a dollar or two nobody can get you up e running faster and has better service. 

I ended up reading a lot of the stories on your web site regarding this error and control panel. I ended up YOU TUBING the disassemble process and simply plugged in the new control panel 

Replaced the touchpad/control assembly with the new one. 

I ordered the replacement assembly control panel; felt it was better not to remove the sealed key pad since moisture is the culprit. I received it in 4 days and had it replaced within 30 minutes. It is working great so far. Great service. Product is exact match and looks like it was never touched.
