Our 3 year old Samsung washer spin cycle stopped working. The drum would bang to the left and to the right, then the washer would stop and the UE (unbalanced) light would appear. Even running just the spin cycle, the same problem, which left clothes still soaked. Ran the Calibration setting and checked the washer’s level, that didn’t help. After researching, I found Appliance Parts Pro’s video and web site. I called and talked to nice gentleman named David. David confirmed what I suspected and I ordered four suspension support rods. The video made the repair very easy. The whole repair took me just a little under an hour. This included gathering the necessary tools, disassembly, removing the old parts, installing and using white lithium grease on the new parts, assembly, and putting tools away. Replacing the back rods can be challenging, so take your time and make sure to have a good set of work gloves for this repair. It can get messy removing the old parts. Make sure the washer is level and run the calibration setting, if it is available. All in all, very satisfied with Appliance Parts Pro. I will use them again and recommend them to family and friends!
