David G Suwanee , GA November 26, 2016 The vent button pressed back into the microwave Easier than I thought. Two screws held the top vented section above the door. Once the screws were removed from the top looking down, the piece slides to the left and removes. This exposes the one screw from the assembly and casing that holds the fan and light buttons on the front. Remove the front screw, then slide the whole side up until you can remove it from the microwave. The circuit board for the buttons had broken free from the clips and pushed back. If you have to remove the circuit board take pictures first of all the wire and connectors. The buttons are snapped into place but take a little work to remove. Not hard. Reassemble board. Connect wires. Re-mount to the microwave. Read More... Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 30-60 minutes Tools: Screwdrivers
