I was able to troubleshoot the problem with their help and also used there customer service to get the right part. they even provide a you tube video that shows how to remove and install the part. That was very helpful!!!!!! I highly recommend appliance parts pros. They were the main reason I was able to save money on the repair and their parts prices are very good also. If the rating was from 1 to 5 I would give them a 10. On another note I will never buy anything Samsun again- no matter what it is. Their customer serv is the worst I have ever dealt with!!!!!!! Beverly S Hurlock , MD August 21, 2015 My samsung front loader would not drain the water out or spin dry did a seach and found out it must be the drain pump or hoses cloged cleaned all the hoses and still would not drain or spin Ordered the drain pump my husband took out the old one and put the new one it took about 35 minutes working like new again. ordering was easy and received it in 2 days was surprised it was so fast.. will use ApplianceParts again for any parts I may need in the future. The drain pump is right inside attached to the base, just disconnect, remove clamps....have a tray and a few towels available there will be some water, unscrew 3 screws and pull out drain assembly , replace with the new pump.
